Whenever I increase probiotics in my diet, I just feel so much better. Does this happen to you too? I always feel so….gross…after I travel. I think it’s all the eating out. It just throws my body out of whack. Tropicana Essentials® Probiotics drinks are a delicious way to drink my probiotics. It works while I’m traveling and when I am home and recovering.
They taste amazing and they are such a convenient way to make sure I’m getting those active cultures into my gut. (I can’t be the only gal in the world that forgets to take her vitamins.)
Where Can You Find Tropicana Essentials Probiotics?
You’ll find this juice near the orange juice in Walmart. Add it to your grocery list or remember to pick it up when you see it next to the other Tropicana juices in the refrigerated section.
They are available in 32 ounce bottles – think long skinny bottles just a bit smaller than a 2 liter of soda. It’s sitting right next to the other juice drinks at Walmart.
The Tropicana Essentials® Probiotics juice has all the yummy stuff I love! It is made with 100% juice – no added sugar. When I drank the strawberry banana one, I was so surprised that there isn’t any added sugar – it is so sweet!
How I Feel When I Travel
When I travel, it wears down my body’s natural immune system. I always have to take a day to recuperate after a trip. I just feel so BLAH and TIRED when I get home.
I know I need to eat better when I travel – but it’s hard, especially when I’m eating out all the time.
I need convenience! And that’s what these are.
Each 8 ounce serving of these drinks contains all the vitamin C (and then some) I need to keep my body strong. It also has one billion live and active cultures that go straight to my gut to help me feel amazing!
Take Care of Yourself
One piece of advice I wish I took more often: slow down and take care of yourself! I’m always so focused on staying on schedule and spending time with my family that I forget to listen to my body and take care of myself.
I’ll enjoy my trip a lot more (and won’t have to recuperate as much) if I just plan a few less things in my agenda and take it slower.
Do you feel the same way I do when you travel? It can be so tough on your body! What are some other tips you have for taking care of your gut during and after your trips?
