A disposable diaper cake makes a wonderful baby shower centerpieces or just a lovely way to package a very practical gift.
Diaper Cakewalk has diaper cakes that are beautifully coordinated and lovely to look at. They also come with very practical baby supplies adorning the cake!
If you are a do it yourself-er that doesn’t have time to totally do it yourself (like me) then they also have “DIY diaper cakes” that are already assembled, and you can then embellish it yourself with the baby gear/toys/products that you know the mom-to-be will just love!
Leah from Cakewalk sent me the Pink Kitty Eco-Friendly diaper cake, knowing that I am a cloth diaper user and therefore (fairly) eco-conscious. It is filled with three tiers of unbleached Seventh Generation biodegradable disposable diapers, all natural Burt’s Bees baby products and an orange teddy bear made of organic cotton.
I love how it comes packaged! Directly out of the box, it was all wrapped with decorative mesh, so when you order it you can literally just take it out of the box and take it directly to the baby shower – no assembly required. Lizzie saw the bear and instantly claimed him as hers!
The diapers in the cake are size 1-2, not newborn. This is because Cakewalk wants you to be able to enjoy your diaper cake for as long as possible before having to disasemble it. I love my cake! And if my little girl grows as fast as her brother and sister did I will be using this size of diaper before I am ready.
Thank you Diaper CakeWalk for the lovely diaper cake for my review! All opinions are 100% mine.
