Yeah, I’ve said it before, but now it is easier than ever. I have :20 Second Fitness.
20 Second Fitness is a workout DVD program that builds on the philosophy that Intensity is Key. You do 20 second sets of intense workouts and gradually build a lean, mean body.
Spencer is the creator of this program. He says over and over that if you just fit working out into your life – and who can’t fit 4-12 minutes a day in – then you will be able to change to a healthier and more fit person.
I just started the W disk – W for Warm Up. I am on day 3 tomorrow and I am honestly very shocked at my sore muscles! I was thinking, “Seriously, 4 minutes is nothing! What can it do for me?” Well a lot apparently. So far today and yesterday I have done plank, squats, curls, jumping jacks and push ups, among other things. I am really looking forward to tomorrow.
Spencer warned me though – he said the Warm up week is easy and when I get deeper into the program I might be cussing his name! But, each set is only 20 seconds long, so I can do this!
Waist: 30 inches
Hips: 40 inches
Arms: 11 inches
135 lbs and fit into my size 8 pants!
