Ok, two weeks of DVD workouts completed! Onto DVD 2 – which, if you count the warmup week, makes this my third week using the :20Second Fitness Program using All Vibration Plates.
20 Second Fitness is a workout DVD program that builds on the philosophy that Intensity is Key. You do 20 second sets of intense workouts and gradually build a lean, mean body. The DVD program has 1-3 four-minute workouts per day and lasts for 6 weeks.
I am getting stronger! When I first started this DVD program, I could not lift the stretch chord behind my head for even one triceps extension. Today, I was able to do the entire 20 second rep! And I have noticed that curls are getting way to easy for me, so I am increasing the intensity by spreading my feet farther apart on the chord.
I have noticed my clothes fitting so much better. In fact, I am able to wear a pair of jeans I have not worn since David was 10 moths old! Another thing I have noticed: if I work out to 20 second fitness first thing every morning I have more energy throughout the day. I cannot use the “I don’t have time” excuse because each video is only 4 minutes long. Some days there are 2 or three videos, but each ones is 4 minutes long.

Yay for fitting into your size 8s! You’re doing great! I think we always want instant gratification but we didn’t get out of shape overnight – we’re not going to get back in shape overnight either.
You are looking pretty good mama!
Keep it up! It sounds a little like Crossfit that some of my friends are obsessed with. I have lost 30+ pounds since having my son, but still have 20 pounds to go to be my pre-pregnancy weight before my daughter. I need to add some more exercise to my routine and not just rely on diet…wish me luck!
Congrats on getting into your size 8 jeans! You are doing great. Think about how far you have come in a few short weeks and now imagine how lean, toned and tough you are going to be a few months from now!
Today is my day 2 of the actual workouts. I learned about the series from you… So far, I’m really enjoying it!
Oh wow! So glad to hear this! I am a bit behind on my weekly updates since I went to a blog conference. But I am happy to hear that you are really enjoying it. Are you sore? Cause I am always sore now LOL
