In Christmas’s past, I sent out handwritten Christmas cards with carefully crafted family newsletters inside. Ok, that happened once. Then David was born and then Lucy and now I have virtually no time (or space) to devote to such a huge task.
One thing I have not done yet (and why not? I have no idea) is sent out stylish photo Christmas cards. Instead of sending the wallet sized pictures and stuffing a dime-a-dozen card I could send something personalized and unique. Plus, it saves me time and money.
Here are my five favorite styles of Christmas cards from Picaboo. With Picaboo’s online software, you can create Christmas cards super easy and personalize them just for you.
These are all foldable too! I am impressed that Picaboo goes beyond the photo paper postcard feel of other cards and makes these just like professional Christmas cards.
Every year I make sure and teach my children that Jesus is the reason for the season. We tell the Christmas story and keep everything about His birth. The positive message on this card really grabbed my heart. And I love that it has space for four photos – what a great way to show off some memories from the past year!
I love the cards that give you space for more than one photo. The “Under the Tree” card is so whimsical and fun! It also speaks to my “arts and crafts” side. Plus, as you can tell from my blog, I love the color brown!
I think Lizzie would like this one the best! The red just pops doesn’t it? It is so simple and yet classy and fun. And you can edit the text on the inside of the card. The personalization is my favorite feature!
The simple design of “Floral Ornaments” grabbed me. The colors are toned down and there are only a few design elements, making the photo the centerpiece. When you want your family’s photo to be the main focus, this is the card for you!
