A scrambled-egg sandwich is so not original. But oh my word, aren’t they delicious? I like to put shredded cheddar cheese in my eggs right before they are finished cooking so the cheese gets all gooey and melted with the eggs.
And today I wanted to beef up my sandwich a bit so I put some chopped up deli turkey in with the eggs and cheese. It all scrambled and cooked to perfection!
While that was cooking, I took the King’s Hawaiian sweet hamburger buns (which were on sale today at Kroger – 2/$5!) and toasted them on another skillet.
The result was a scrumptious, filling breakfast and was sweet and salty. And so much healthier than any fast food breakfast sandwich.
My family seriously LOVES King’s Hawaiian rolls and buns. If you have not tried one yet, you are missing out. Of course I have a crazy sweet tooth, so these are perfection to me.
