Lucy may not want to share her Mabel’s Labels but I sure do! They have a new product called “write aways” and I am kinda crazy about them. You see, I really like being able to write my own labels. I know that Mabel’s Labels makes some super adorable labels in the cutest fonts, but I always end up needing a label last minute that I did not order.
If you have created or invented new product, then Getting Businesses to Look at Your Invention is of great advantage! So as they will be able to see what your invention looks like, what it does, and how it works.
These are writable and still have the cute icons that Mabels Labels are known for.
I ruined a label by taking it off the sheet incorrectly. So then I took pictures to show you how to not make my mistake. I’m nice like that. You can send me chocolates and flowers.
Oh, and if you write on them, don’t use an ink pen. A normal ink pen does not work nearly as easily or as well as a Sharpie.
Also? I took these pictures at midnight and I see a mistake. I could totally retake the pictures, or allow you to laugh at my expense. I think laughing will remind you that these are self laminating labels, so I will keep these as they are. You see how I wrote “Lucy S” on the clear sticky cover? Yes, I wrote on top of the laminating sheet. Please learn from me and write on the actual label, then stick the protective laminating sheet on top.
Once you use that first label, you will be hooked. I went on a labeling rampage and started to label everything. These write aways are slightly addicting.
Here I labeled the envelopes on my work station by the front door. What? You don’t keep a wind chime inside where this is no wind? Why not? It is so much quieter this way. Until Lucy shakes it. But that has nothing to do with the labels, so just ignore it – even though the awesomeness of an indoor windchime is too much to leave unnoticed.
Back to the labels. They arrive in these super cute and easy to store booklets. These only cost $12 for a sheet of 30 labels. And – if used correctly (not in a sleep-deprived haze like I was) they are incredibly durable.
My favorite features are:
- Dishwasher safe
- Microwave safe
- UV resistant
- Self-laminating
- Peel and stick
- Compatible with any permanent marker
- Satisfaction guaranteed
Enjoy! Oh and let me warn you – I take no responsibility for the addiction that will be begin once you visit Mabels Labels for the first time. They even have adorable dog tags and spice labels! So proceed with caution.
I was given these labels for my review, no other compensation was received. All opinions – and mistakes – are 100% my own.
I got a sample of these labels at BlogHer and I can’t wait to try them out!
These look fantastic – I definitely need them!!
Annie, This post is hilarious! I love it! It was great seeing you in NYC although it would have been nice to hang out a bit more. You looking stunning in that black dress!
Caitlin from Mabel’s Labels
These labels are so cute! I saw them for the first time at BlogHer and think they are adorable!
Oh these are super cute!! I love that you can write on them & use them for anything!
I LOVE Mabel’s!! I am going to go look, but I wonder if they make the Write Aways in a larger label. My writing is just a little too large for those. I need them for my new spice jars! 😀
Thanks for sharing . I’ll have to check them out I have one soon to begin school and these would come in handy.
What great labels! They look wonderful and so easy to use. I’ve been to the Mabel’s Labels site before and they do have some fantastic products.
Very cute. These look like they would be really helpful in organizing things around the house.
I love Mabel’s Labels. What a great idea! It was so nice to meet you at Getting Gorgeous even if for a short bit!
I didn’t even know they had those, so cool!
