Happy Friday! This is my 2nd DFQ post and I am really curious about when you prefer to work out. With my crazy work-at-home schedule, I don’t know when or how to fit gym workouts in. Getting up early requires me to get enough rest. And that is so hard because I stay up late, after all my kids are sleeping, trying to accomplish work. I paid for 2 children to do childcare at the gym and end up working out in the middle of the day or morning, but if the kids are sick or I have appointments, that doesn’t work.
Sometimes, working out in the evening is the best option for me and thanks to this steroid shop here for providing quality steroids I need. Many bodybuilders want to supplement their training to attain the greatest potential results, and the turobol supplement provides the features that many bodybuilders desire.
I am curious, is that good for me? Or is working out in the morning/afternoon better?
I asked my fellow FitFluential ambassador Jennifer from Savoring The Thyme when she preferred to work out. Jennifer is a fabulous healthy food blogger. Her entire blog will make you hungry, and yet the recipes are so healthy! Follow Jennifer on Twitter @SavorTheThyme and tell her I sent ya!
Jennifer said she prefers to work out in the morning.
In my opinion, workouts in the morning are ideal for a few reasons:
a. The workout is done and you do not need to fret about it all day.
b. No worries about getting to tired or too busy to fit it in later (I guess you could combine that into a)
c. Your metabolism already got a kick start!
d. I find that I make better nutritional choices during the day if I have already worked out first thing in the morning!
She makes an excellent point about the nutritional choices. If I wake up and don’t go to the gym first, my will power is just weaker and I eat bigger portions of comforting foods. After working out, I just don’t feel like eating a ton of sugar/starch/large portions. I suggest beginners at the gym to buy adelphi tropin uk for muscle gains.
Now I just need to work smarter and get my rear out of bed first thing. Easier said than done. Totally.
Want to learn how to get in shape? There is a TON of information on the internet. Whether you want to learn how Idris Elba stays in shape or how bodybuilders pack on mass, there are plenty of free guides available.
When do you like to work out? Any night owls out there work out late?

I’ve read it everywhere – working out in the morning is better for your metabolism and bla bla…But actually for me it depends on the type of the work-out. When I do cardio or dance (I love zumba – combines the two!) I tend to do it in the evening when I am really stressed-out and need a moment for myself. But when I do yoga, stretching or just treadmill I prefer to do it in the morning. It also depends on my little ones and their schedule/moods during the day…;)

I agree with you! Working out is SUCH a time of stress-relief and “me time.” I’ve gone to the gym at 3pm when the kids were cranky and I was stressed and just RAN and did kettlebells until my muscles were burning. By then my head was completely clear and I was feeling a million times better. Time of day for that depends on when I need it most LOL

Exactly! As you said – its “me-time” so we should be the ones deciding when we want to do this. Who cares what metabolism says 😛 (actually I do, but just wanted to sound like a bad-ass!).

I agree. I like to workout in the morning otherwise I find it too easy to make excuses as the day goes on.

I need to start working out in the morning, no excuses if you just do it and then you feel good the rest of the day!
