Add Cauliflower Rice
One thing I love to do is add some cauliflower rice to it. I feel like the cauliflower rice makes it heartier and fills me up more.
Bring on the Heat with Red Pepper Flakes
You can also spice it up with some red pepper flakes. You could also mix in some hot ground chili paste. Be careful though – a little goes a long way!

Low Carb Asian Food – Yes It Is Possible
One of my biggest temptations when I’m eating Keto is Chinese food. All I want is some noodles, rice, and sugary carb-loaded foods.
Thankfully, it’s possible to cook with the flavors of Asian foods without the carbs. Cauliflower rice is a fantastic substitute for rice. And using Sesame oil and chili paste will make your stir fry just pop in your mouth!
How To Make A Deconstructed Egg Roll Bowl – Step By Step Instructions
If you just want the recipe, you can scroll down to the bottom. I have a printable sheet with the full recipe. But if you like step-by-step instructions, I have that for you right now. Let’s dig in and make a mouth-watering Keto Pork Egg Roll Bowl.

First, you need to heat up the Sesame Oil in your cast iron skillet. If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, any medium skillet will work. But you really should use Sesame oil. This has incredible flavor and will make your dish taste like the food you order from the restaurant.

Inside your skillet, brown your onions. Watch out! This part will make you hungry. The aroma of the onions will fill your kitchen.

This is my favorite part – the garlic! I always save time by getting the pre-chopped garlic. Oh my goodness, the smells that waft from the garlic and onion combo is crazy.

Then you can brown the ground pork. If you are being strict Keto, don’t use pork sausage. Pork sausage might have sugars in it. Just brown some ground pork.

When everything is cooked, you can add the chopped coleslaw mix. I love the convenience of buying this mix. But if you want, you could chop up your own mix from cabbages and carrots.

Don’t cook this very long. Just mix it all up. Then, you can add the sauces. If you are trying to watch your sodium intake, use low-sodium soy sauce.

To finish, just chop up some green onions on top and add the salt and pepper! It’s ready!
