Please tell me – what are the hair products you are constantly using up and buying as soon as it dies or you use the last of it?
I have super straight and fine hair. I also love my natural blond hair color. As you can tell from the photo below, I really enjoy how it looks when I have time to curl it and give it some body.
I count myself blessed that to get that very popular straight hair look, all I have to do is let it dry naturally. I have never used any kind of flat irons before. If I was given one, I don’t think I would know what to do with it! But I do have a really good friend whose 1st grade daughter has really wavy hair and when her daughter wants straight hair she told me her Karmin flat iron has worked very well and never let her down.
Here are my hair must haves for straight and fine hair. (I linked to info of these products on Amazon.com)
* Blow Dryer
Even if all I do is blow dry my hair it has a ton more body in it than when I just let it air dry. I love my hair dryer. It is just a super inexpensive one I picked up at Target and it is small enough to travel well with me. I am very intrigued by fancier models – like the Conair Infinity – but my cheap one works well so far!
*Round Hair Brush
I can’t believe I waited until this year to buy a good, large, round brush. I was using a tiny one or my paddle brush and the round brush really does give more oomph to my hair. This works really well if I use it with the next product on my list.
*Root Riser
Wow, from limp hair to lots of body! I just discovered this product a couple years ago and now I am always buying it. I did learn that a tiny bit goes a long way in my fine hair so I always just squirt an itty bitty amount on my damp roots and then blow dry with a round brush. Then wow, I have body!
*Curling Iron
I actually had one die on me and I ran to the store to replace it. I love how my hair looks with curls! In fact, you can tell it is a special occasion if my hair is curled since I hardly ever have time to curl it. I prefer a curling iron to curlers because I never actually learned how to use curlers correctly. I am sure they work super well too though.
Your turn! What can you not live without?

I am a very low maintenance hair kind of girl. I have straight, fine, brown hair with natural red highlights. I use an all natural shampoo about twice a week, comb it, and let it air dry and that is it. I don’t own a hair dryer. I might have a curling iron somewhere around here. I guess my must have item would be a rubber band to get it out of my face when it’s windy.

I am pretty low maintenance too. In fact most days I just hop in the shower and let it air dry. I only do my hair if I am going somewhere nice like church or something. I totally didn’t put hair bands on the list! LOL I have one on my wrist at all times so I can put it in a ponytail. I hate hair in my face. I could never do those side swept bangs LOL

I loooove Got2b Smooth Operator Lustre Lotion. I bought the mousse because it was on sale, and they didn’t have the lotion. I maybe don’t know how to use moussse but it sucks, love the lotion.
Keeps my hair looking nice and not frizzy! Feels great too.
Other than that nothing. I’m lazy and don’t do anything too much to myself. Haha
