Infantino is known for making high quality baby products – from toys to baby gear. I am excited to introduce you to one of their newest toys, the Jumbo Wheel Play Space.
The Jumbo Wheel Play Space is a large mat that lays on the floor with a lot of attention grabbing and educational activities. This mat is large enough to grow with your child clear though toddlerhood.
As you can see there are 8 mind growing activities around the circle and an elephant in the middle. Everything on the mat has a texture or makes a sound and as the baby crawls around there are new things to discover and learn.
The elephant in the middle is especially fun because the ear makes a crinkly sound and the tail has rings to play with. You can even use the rings to make a long chain and attach other toys to it if you want.
The flower with the music note plays songs and this – along with the mirror – are David’s favorite parts of play space. As soon as he learned that hitting the flower made it play music he would turn it on and scoot around in circles. The flower does come off with velcro, which is a favorite feature of mine. On days when I don’t want to hear the songs over and over I just hide the flower! So easy, out of sight out of mind ya know?
As you can tell the other favorite activity on the play space for David was the mirror.
He thought it was hilarious to look around and see the other baby laughing at him from the mat. He played peek-a-boo with his reflection and bent down a few times to kiss (or lick?) the mirror. The funniest thing was when he was scooting around the mat then he’d get to the mirror and stop immediately to check it out again.
The mirror is removable too, for easy cleaning and so you can use it as a stand alone toy anywhere else in the house apart from the play space.
Now I have a video of David playing on the play space. You can see how entertaining it is for him at 14 months old. He really loves this thing! I love how easy it is to clean and it folds up so well so I can store it when it isn’t in use.
How fun for your little one! 🙂
Aiden loves this! I’m posting my review tomorrow 🙂
