By placing their tweets on such a viral channel, Infinity Dish hopes to reach potential customers and be even more available to communicate with current ones.
I have personally interacted with companies online and had such a positive experience with it that I continued my loyalty to their brand and encouraged my friends and family to as well. Social media is a wonderful thing – making companies and brands personal!
