My family eats wheat. Lots of it. But when I met a friend at St. Louis Food Media Forum conference who was gluten free, something struck me. She said she much prefers it when family and friends embrace her choices rather than be scared of it. She told me a story of how one family member served the entire meal for the entire extended family Gluten free as an act of kindness.
So my curiosity began.
Could I eat gluten free if a family member was intolerant?
If my choices included Udi’s I sure could! Just look at this huge selection they offer! Their white bread, kaiser rolls, and baguettes are delicious. I’m not a huge fan of the flax, but it has tons of healthy fiber. And the bread isn’t as dry and crumbly as I was afraid it was going to be.
This is a little piece of Heaven! It is the muffin top. Yup! They individually packaged the tops of muffins – the best part! It is so moist and sweet! I might never buy the other stuff again.
The Brownie Bites were not as moist as I was thinking they were going to be. I totally suggest freezing them if you won’t eat them fast, as they are kinda crumbly the longer they sit.
Check out a store locator to find a place that sells Udi’s! I totally recommend this line of gluten free products. And Like Udi’s on Facebook to stay in the loop for great deals and new products!
This invention idea of newly developed products must have patent protection from a good services like InventHelp providing them guidance and support, and more.
Disclosure: Those products in my pic? Yeah, they were sent to my house so I could review them for you. My enjoyment of them is 100% my opinion, no other compensation was received. And I highly recommend you purchase some and make up your own opinions. I bet you will love them.

Gluten confuses me! I had heard of people being “gluten free” but didn’t know anyone directly until we started at this new church. Now, I have a really good friend and she eats gluten free. I try to accommodate her when it’s our turn to bring breakfast, but I typically fail. (I always take yogurt since she CAN eat that.) I made her a gluten free cake for her birthday a few weeks ago. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected it to be.
