Every Thanksgiving I try to make it a goal to fix clean, whole foods as my side dishes. I try to avoid the bagged, processed foods. But I always have to bookmark and dog-ear recipes because cooking like this does not come naturally to me. Yet. It is definitely a goal of mine, and the more I do it, the better I will be!

Sarah, “clean eating” is a term I got to know last year and became a huge fan of it. Basically, you eat “whole foods” with as few ingredients as possible.
