Pumpkin Iced Coffee
Call it iced coffee, a milkshake or Starbucks Frappuccino®. I call this pumpkin mocha version with Oreos delicious!
If a pumpkin spice latte isn’t your thing, try combining pumpkin and chocolate in a decadent iced coffee. It looks and tastes like a milkshake fit for cooler fall days.
Iced Pumpkin Mocha
The recipe calls for one cup of strong coffee. You can use the rest of your pot from the morning, or brew a fresh cup.
Then, it’s as easy as adding pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, Oreos and a few other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, and your fancy, iced coffee drink is ready to enjoy.

Pumpkin Mocha Iced Coffee Tips
Not all coffee drinks are created equal. This one contains rich and indulgent ingredients. Here are a few tips to ensure your mocha comes out perfect every time.
Use a Quality Blender
My first tip is to invest in a quality blender. It needs to be able to blend ice, cookies and sticky pumpkin puree with ease. My favorite kind is the Magic Bullet. It is powerful and doesn’t take up much countertop space.
Once you have this kitchen staple, you’ll be surprised how often you put the blender to use.
Pumpkin Puree vs. Pumpkin Pie Filling
Canned pumpkin puree is not the same as pumpkin pie filling. Pumpkin pie filling contains added sugar and spices. It will change the taste of your iced coffee drink significantly, so double check the label.
Storing Leftover Mocha
I seriously doubt you will have any leftover. However, if that is the case, pour the pumpkin mocha iced coffee into an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. The consistency will begin to change from more of a milkshake to, well, iced coffee. I recommend drinking any leftovers within 24 hours.
